Operations & Process Improvement Manager
Heather Knaplund has been an integral part of the Foundation since 2002. In her current position as Operations/Process Improvement Manager she strives to advance the performance and efficiency of the Foundation operations and align them with strategic goals. She also supports internal data management, finances and communications. Her passion is improving health by creating better communications and technology systems.
Heather received her Master’s degree in Business Administration from WGU. She also has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources. When Heather isn’t working hard to improve oral health, she likes to travel, read and take lots of pictures.
